Here are some graphics that show the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty for 157 UK companies. We grouped companies into four quartiles based on how their Temkin Experience Ratings compared with their industry averages. Then we looked at different loyalty measures for each group, the percentage of consumers who are likely to repurchase from the companies, Net Promoter Scores, and the net likelihood to trust (percentage of people who are likely to trust the company minus those who are not likely to trust them).
